Bremerton PD K9, Quasar as he trails off-lead, Northwest Style. Quasar
was an amazing dog. He was born into the Seattle PD Puppy Program in
1994 and was one of five dogs in that litter that went into police service.
He had an admirable record with over 200 successful applications resulting
in over 100 felony arrests.
